Register to Vote: Select Your State

You may register to vote in Hawaii if you are:

• A citizen of the United States of America;
• A legal resident of Hawaii; and
• At least 18 years of age.
• Your voter registration form must be dropped off or postmarked by the deadline.

Pre-registration: Hawaii laws allow U.S. citizens to pre-register at age sixteen, but must be eighteen years old by election day to vote.
