Register to Vote: Select Your State

To register to vote in Kansas, you must:

• Be a citizen of the United States and a resident of Kansas
• Must be at least 18 years of age by Election Day
• Have received final discharge from imprisonment, parole, or conditional release if convicted of a felony
• Have abandoned your former residence and/or name 
• Your voter registration form must be dropped off or postmarked by the deadline.
