Register to Vote: Select Your State

To register to vote in Kentucky, a voter must affirm:

• I am a United States Citizen
• I live in the state of Kentucky
• I will be at least 18 years old on or before the next general election
• I am not a convicted felon, or if I have been convicted of a felony, my civil rights must have been restored by executive pardon
• I have not been judged "mentally incompetent"in a court of law
• I do not claim the right to vote anywhere outside Kentucky
• Your voter registration form must be dropped off or postmarked by the deadline.
